Shipping Policy - Cyclogen,
This Shipping Policy governs shipping, delivery, and related charges for orders placed on Cyclogen’s online and offline sales channels within India. By placing an order, customers agree to the shipping terms described on this page along with Cyclogen’s Terms & Conditions and Returns/Refund Policy.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Orders placed after the daily cut‑off time (for example, 3:00 PM IST) may be processed on the next business day
During sale periods, product launches, or high‑volume days, processing may take slightly longer; customers will be informed of significant delays via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Timelines
Cyclogen ships across most pin codes in India through reputed courier partners (surface and air). Actual carrier may vary by order value, product type, and destination.
Typical delivery timelines (after dispatch) are:
Metro and Tier‑1 cities: 2–5 business days
Tier‑2/Tier‑3 cities and remote locations: 4–8 business days
North‑East, J&K, and difficult‑to‑reach areas: 5–10 business days.
Delivery timelines are indicative and can be affected by factors such as courier delays, local restrictions, weather conditions, or festive load.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before payment.
Cyclogen may offer free shipping above a certain order value for prepaid orders; thresholds and promotions may change from time to time and will be clearly mentioned on the website or on the product page.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional COD convenience fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.
Serviceable Areas and Restrictions
Cyclogen currently ships only within India and does not offer international shipping unless explicitly stated.
Certain pin codes, remote regions, and restricted zones may not be serviceable for all products or all payment methods; customers will be notified during checkout or by the support team if an order cannot be fulfilled.
Large or fragile items (for example, full bikes, wheelsets, trainers) may have special packaging, shipping methods, or additional handling charges, which will be communicated in advance.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD may be available on selected pin codes and eligible order values only; eligibility is shown at checkout.
For COD orders, the courier may contact the customer before delivery. Customers must keep the exact cash ready or may be allowed to pay by UPI at the doorstep where supported by the courier.
Repeated refusal or non‑acceptance of COD shipments may lead to restriction or disabling of COD for that customer account or address.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once the order is dispatched, customers receive a shipment confirmation with the courier name, tracking ID, and tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active on the courier’s tracking page.
Taxes, Duties, and Invoicing
All prices shown on the Cyclogen website are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
A tax invoice (GST invoice where applicable) is generated for each order and shared digitally and/or included in the shipment.
Delays, Non‑Delivery, and Address Issues
If a shipment is delayed or returned to origin due to an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, Cyclogen may contact the customer to reconfirm the address and arrange a re‑dispatch with additional shipping charges if applicable.
In cases of extreme delays or non‑serviceability discovered after order placement, Cyclogen may cancel the order and process a refund as per the Refunds and Returns Policy
Damaged, Leaked, or Missing Items
Customers are requested to refuse delivery if the outer packaging appears severely damaged, tampered, or open; in such cases, they should inform Cyclogen immediately with photos and order details.
If damage or shortage is noticed after opening the package (for example bent rotors, broken components, missing items), customers must notify Cyclogen within 24–48 hours with unboxing photos/videos and the shipping label visible; resolutions will follow the Returns/Refund Policy (replacement, store credit, or refund, as applicable).
Returns, Exchanges, and Shipping Costs
Return shipping terms (who bears return pickup cost, when it is free, and when it is chargeable) will follow Cyclogen’s separate Returns and Refunds Policy, which is referenced on the website and at checkout.
Original shipping charges are generally non‑refundable unless the return is due to an error by Cyclogen (for example wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect confirmed on arrival, or transit damage)
Grievance Redressal and Support
As required under the Consumer Protection (E‑Commerce) Rules, Cyclogen will provide clear contact details and a grievance officer or support contact for order and shipping‑related issues on the website.
